September 8, 2021Back to New York

We left New Hampshire and headed for Kittety, ME so we could spend another night in the great rest area there. It was Monday of Labor Day weekend and the roads out of upper New England were crowded with vacationers heading south. So stopping early and settling in here for the night worked out great.

We made our way south to Rhode Island the next day to pick up some glasses my high school friend had made for me. Two nights in a campground in RI and then we were back on the road for New York to visit the Hudson River Valley - specifically Hyde Park.  We crossed the Hudson River on September 9, 2021.
